Redcar and Cleveland Warm Zone has now completed its assessment programme. Over the last three years the Redcar and Cleveland team has been proud to work with its partners in the local community to make a real and positive impact on so many people's lives. We do appreciate that we have not managed to visit every single home in Redcar and Cleveland. We also appreciate that individual circumstances can change.
