Benefits advice
Northumberland Warm Zone now has a dedicated benefits advice officer in Lisa Oxley. Over the last year Lisa has helped clients receive either new or improved benefits to a value of over £250,000.

This free service is strictly confidential and can even be done initially with a phone call and follow up with a home visit at your convenience. Lisa provides a complete service including the professional advice, form completion and follow up even to tribunal level when work levels allow.
