A Warm Zone for North Tyneside

North Tyneside Warm Zone is a partnership set up to insulate as many homes across the borough as possible. You may qualify for free cavity wall and loft insulation if:

• You are over 60 years of age or
• You receive certain benefits or
• You spend too much on heating your home (calculated by Warm Zone) or
• You live in a council property or
• You have a dependant child under 6yrs in your household.

However, if you don’t meet any of these criteria, you can still take advantage of our subsidised scheme and pay from just £99* per measure (i.e. £99 for loft and/or £99 for cavity wall).
