A Warm Zone for North Tyneside

North Tyneside Warm Zone is a partnership set up to insulate as many homes across the borough as possible. You may qualify for free cavity wall and loft insulation if:

• there is a member of the household over 70 years of age;
• you are on certain qualifying benefits;
• after assessment you are deemed to be spending more than 10% of your household income heating your home; or
• you live in a council property.

However, if you don’t meet any of these criteria, you can still take advantage of our subsidised scheme and pay from just £99* per measure (i.e. £99 for loft and/or £99 for cavity wall).
